For iOS issues, include your iOS version and whether you’re on TestFlight or the App Store build. For web issues, include your browser version.

Feature Requests
Send ideas to support with “Feature request” in the subject. If you have a workflow in mind, tell us how you’d use it and what success looks like.
Common Fixes
- Make sure you’re on the latest app version
- Force quit and reopen the app
- Sign out and sign back in
- Check permissions (iOS Settings → LiftStreak) for Health, Location, Camera, Photos
